The Kolkovna Eurovea Restaurant is located right beside the Danube on a Bratislava embankment, where one of the largest Central-European projects has been built – the facility called Eurovea.
The complex expands the historical centre of Bratislava and is becoming a new residential, business, shopping, and entertainment centre. The concept of Kolkovna restaurants links the rich and unique history of Czech beer-making with a modern lifestyle, where the dynamic present does not deny the traditional, but pays heed to it. In designing the interior of the restaurant, the architect had the guest in mind, who always feels that he is welcome, immediately upon entering. The goal was to create an environment with a unique atmosphere, in which all guests will feel just right. In these restaurants, only Czech Pilsner beer is on tap and Czech culinary specialities are served.
Presently, the parent company owns 4 Kolkovna restaurants in Prague. Bratislava’s Kolkovna Eurovea Restaurant is the first foreign investment of the corporation G.G. a.s. in the European Union
